Workshops with Elisheva in Western MA

Elisheva will be offering two amazing workshops in the afternoon! All levels of dancers welcome, but some bellydance experience required to attend.
1pm - 2:30pm | Hips in Motion Hips in Motion…Tend to Stay in Motion. This class is all about the hips. We drill the four foundational hip movements upon which all other hipwork is based. Then we drill the foundational Bellydance movements building off these basics- the hipwork that every Bellydancer works to master. These movements are drilled with variations including level changes, traveling, layering, and embellishments. Be prepared to sweat. 3pm - 4:30pm | Tribalesque Learn a short scintillating choreography imbued with Elisheva’s highly stylized tribalesque style. At moment’s sharp and at moments gooey, you will strengthen your technique and layering ability during the course of this workshop. This workshop is ideal for on Orientale dancer wanting to explore strong and sultry tribal fusion movements and stylization or for the Tribal or Tribal Fusion dancer wanting to explore the dynamic, romantic fluidity or Orientale bellydance. Individual Workshop cost: $40
